May Newsletter –A gentle shift into May

This month is a gentle reflection, an invitation to create a little space, and a look at what’s coming next.

Bring a Friend Week

April felt… full. In the best kind of way.

One of the highlights was my Bring a Friend for Free Gong Bath week—and honestly, it was such a joy.
So many new faces, so many beautiful conversations, and so many people experiencing a gong bath for the very first time.

That part never gets old for me 🥰

Because if you’ve never been to one before, they’re not complicated or intimidating. You don’t need to “know how” to do anything.

You just come.

Get comfy (blanket, pillow, water—whatever you need).
Lie down or sit—whatever feels right for your body.
And let the sound do its thing.

And there’s often a moment, somewhere in the session, where everything softens…
and you can feel yourself drop out of the noise of your mind and into something much quieter.

Gong baths are deeply relaxing, but they also work on a deeper level—supporting your nervous system, helping to release what’s being held, and gently bringing you back into balance.

If you’ve been curious, consider this your gentle nudge—you’re always welcome.

I’ll definitely be bringing back the Bring a Friend week later in the year—it was too good not to.

Trying something new… my first blog

Also in April… I did a thing.

I wrote my very first blog.

And in full honesty, I got so overwhelmed writing it… that I ended up writing the blog about being overwhelmed writing the blog.

You couldn’t make it up.

If you fancy a read, you can find it here

I’ll be sharing a new blog this Friday, and the plan is to keep them coming every couple of weeks. If there’s ever something you’d love me to write about, just hit reply and let me know—I’d genuinely love to hear.

Creating space this May

Now we’re moving into May, there’s often a natural pull to clear space.

We start opening windows, sorting cupboards, letting go of what we no longer need.
And sometimes, it’s a quiet invitation to do the same within ourselves.

To gently notice what we might be carrying that’s ready to shift.
Old emotions, old patterns, things we’ve been holding onto for longer than we realised.

Not to force anything—just to create a little more space.
So there’s room for something lighter, clearer, and more aligned as we move into the summer months.

If that’s something you’re feeling, I do still have some availability for 1:1 sessions at the chalet before I head away in June.

And if group work feels more your thing, you can find all upcoming gong baths and circles on my website or Facebook page.

Looking ahead to June

I’ll be away for a few weeks—which is both exciting and a little different for me.

While I’m away, I’ll be opening up more online sessions, including oracle card readings, soul coaching, and distance energy work (Reiki and Shamanic).

I’ll share more details soon, but there will be limited spaces available—so if that’s something you’ve been curious about, keep an eye out.

As always, thank you for being here. Whether you’ve been coming to sessions, reading along quietly, or just dipping in and out—it really does mean a lot.
