Supporting SEND families, parent carers, schools, charities and community organisations through accessible sound therapy and wellbeing experiences designed to create space for rest, relaxation, connection and emotional wellbeing.

Whether delivered within schools, community settings or dedicated wellbeing events, these sessions aim to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where individuals, families and carers can pause, recharge and feel supported.

Care & Wellbeing

Parent/Carer Wellbeing

For those supporting children or adults with additional needs, disabilities or long-term health conditions — often while feeling stretched thin or running on empty. A monthly pay-what-you-can session, longer than a standard gong bath, giving time to settle in, relax deeply, and connect with others who understand. This isn’t just about relaxation — it’s a chance to be part of a community that gets it.

I’m still shaping exactly what this will look like, and I’d genuinely love your input — what would make this most useful for you? Let me know in the form below.

SEND Family Wellbeing

Inclusive gong bath sessions for SEND children, young people, parents and carers to attend together, outside of school hours — sometimes incorporating drums and percussion for a more interactive experience. Ideal for PTAs to arrange as a whole-family wellbeing event — and easily extended to include school staff and carers too, making it a cost-effective way to support a child and the whole community around them.

Staff Wellbeing for Schools & Charities

A whole-staff wellbeing session, held after hours in your own hall or venue — a cost-effective way to support the people who spend their days supporting others. From £180 per session, covering an entire staff team in one evening.

Let’s Start a Conversation

This area of Essential Energies is currently being developed, and I’m actively looking for schools, PTAs, charities and community groups ready to host a session. If any of this resonates with you — or if you have a hall or space we could use — I’d love to hear from you.

Whether you’re interested in future sessions, exploring a partnership, or sharing ideas about what would be most helpful, I’d love to hear from you.
