You may feel depleted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or as though something is preventing you from moving forward with ease. A Shamanic Energy Clearing is designed to identify and clear energetic blockages that may be affecting your sense of wellbeing, helping to restore flow, balance, and vitality. The clearing is carried out using either a traditional shamanic drum or ceremonial smudging with white sage. Both methods work by scanning the body’s energetic field to identify areas of stagnation, imbalance, or blockage. Once located, these areas are gently cleared before continuing through the rest of the body. The method used may be guided by personal preference, intuition, or practical considerations. While the approaches differ, the intention remains the same: to identify and clear energetic blockages, allowing energy to flow more freely throughout the system.
