This treatment combines the deeply restorative effects of Reiki with intuitive energetic extraction, creating a session that supports both healing and release. While Reiki helps restore balance by bringing nourishing life force energy into the system, energetic extraction focuses on identifying and clearing areas of density, stagnation or imbalance that may be disrupting your natural flow. During the first part of the session, Reiki is offered in the traditional way. You will remain fully clothed and relax comfortably on a treatment table while healing energy is channelled through light touch or hands held just above the body. This allows the nervous system to settle, creating a safe and supportive foundation for deeper work. Alongside the Reiki, intuitive awareness is used to identify areas where energy may feel blocked, congested or held within the body and energy field. These energetic imprints may be connected to old emotions, limiting beliefs, recurring life patterns or experiences that have not yet been fully processed. As awareness is brought to these areas, energetic extraction is used to support their release.
