Reiki 2 (often called Second Degree Reiki) is the next step after Reiki 1. It deepens your connection with Reiki energy and expands your ability to work with it. If Reiki 1 is about self-healing and foundations, Reiki 2 is about going deeper, working with others, and learning advanced techniques. Reiki 2 introduces you to the sacred Reiki symbols, which strengthen, focus, and expand the flow of energy. You receive a second attunement from a Reiki Master that further opens your energy channels, and you learn how to give distance healing, sending Reiki across space and time. Emphasis shifts from primarily self-healing, into a role where you may begin offering Reiki more formally, if you wish (to clients, groups, or community). ​ Benefits of Reiki 2 Stronger energy flow – deeper and more focused than Reiki 1.
