Reiki 1 introduces you to the basics of Reiki energy healing. You learn the history and principles of Reiki, how energy flows, and how it supports healing. A Reiki Master gives you an attunement (also called an initiation), which “opens” your energy channels so you can connect more easily with universal life force energy. At this level, the focus is primarily on self-healing and using Reiki with family, friends, and pets. Taking Reiki 1 means you are committing to exploring energy healing in your own life. You are beginning your personal journey with Reiki, often described as an awakening to your own healing potential. Benefits of Reiki 1 Self-Healing: You can use Reiki daily on yourself for stress relief, grounding, and balance. Relaxation & Stress Reduction: Helps calm the nervous system and promote peace of mind. Emotional Balance: Supports release of tension, fear, or negative patterns.
