Reiki & Energetic Empowerment (Reiju)
Reiki with Reiju to support deeper relaxation, energetic balance and renewal
Service Description
What is Reiki & Energetic Empowerment (Reiju)? This treatment combines the deeply restorative effects of Reiki with Reiju, a traditional Japanese Reiki practice that supports a stronger connection to healing energy. Together they create a gentle yet powerful experience designed to help you feel more balanced, supported and replenished. If you have been feeling depleted, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or simply in need of energetic support, this treatment offers space to pause, restore and reconnect. The session begins with Reiki while you relax comfortably on a treatment table. Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that aims to support balance within the mind, body and spirit, encouraging deep relaxation and helping the nervous system settle. For the second part of the session, Reiju is offered in a seated position. This traditional Japanese energetic blessing is intended to strengthen your connection to Reiki energy, encouraging greater flow, alignment, and receptivity. Many people describe feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, more energised, and more deeply connected to themselves afterwards. Many people choose Reiki & Energetic Empowerment (Reiju) when they: • Feel anxious, exhausted or emotionally drained, and want deeper energetic support than a single Reiki session alone. • Feel disconnected from themselves and would like to restore a sense of balance and alignment. • Are seeking greater clarity, calm, and emotional resilience. • Wish to strengthen their connection to Reiki energy and their own intuition. • Are looking for a treatment that is both deeply relaxing and energetically uplifting. Whether you are seeking rest, renewal, energetic support, or simply a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself, Reiki & Energetic Empowerment (Reiju) provides a calm and supportive space in which to receive. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, more balanced, and better able to navigate the demands of everyday life with renewed energy and perspective. No previous experience is required, and sessions are suitable for people of all backgrounds and belief systems.
