While my garden chalet can accommodate up to seven people, Private Gong Bath Hire allows larger groups to experience a Gong Bath together within a venue of their choosing. For groups of ten or more participants, Private Gong Bath Hire can also become a more cost effective option than attending a session at my chalet. No previous experience is required. Participants are guided throughout and can simply relax while being immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs. Clients frequently describe feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and deeply relaxed following their session. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Bookings are made specifically for you and payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to change your appointment, you may request to reschedule up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Subject to availability, I’ll be happy to move your booking to another suitable date. If you need to cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours’ notice, please contact me as soon as possible. I would always encourage you to reschedule your appointment rather than cancel. In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered for cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice, at my discretion. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 72 hours of your appointment cannot normally be accommodated, and the full session fee will remain payable and cannot be refunded or transferred. This also applies to appointments missed without notice. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll always try to be reasonable where I can, although any exceptions to this policy are entirely at my discretion. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered an alternative appointment or, if this isn’t possible, a full refund.
