A focused 45-minute Reiki treatment offering time to pause, receive and restore
Service Description
Sometimes, you don’t need a long appointment or lots of time to talk. You simply need the opportunity to stop, receive and allow yourself to be looked after for a while. This focused 45-minute Reiki session offers a full Reiki treatment with a shorter check-in before and after your treatment. It can be an ideal introduction if you’re curious about Reiki and would like to experience it for the first time, or a lovely way to incorporate Reiki into a regular wellbeing routine. It may also suit you if you already know what you need from your appointment: time to relax, receive Reiki, restore your energy and then get on with your day. You’ll remain fully clothed and relax comfortably on a treatment couch while Reiki energy is channelled through my hands. Hands may be placed lightly on or just above specific areas of the body, depending on your comfort and preference. Every experience is unique. Some people notice warmth, tingling sensations or a feeling of energy moving through the body. Others simply experience a deep sense of calm, relaxation and peace. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more grounded, refreshed and better able to navigate the demands of everyday life. Reiki works gently and holistically, supporting the whole person rather than focusing on individual symptoms alone. This 45-minute appointment includes the same full Reiki treatment as my longer Reiki Healing session; the difference is simply the amount of time available before and after the treatment for conversation and reflection. No previous experience is required, and sessions are suitable for people of all backgrounds and belief systems.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Bookings are made specifically for you and payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to change your appointment, you may request to reschedule up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Subject to availability, I’ll be happy to move your booking to another suitable date. If you need to cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours’ notice, please contact me as soon as possible. I would always encourage you to reschedule your appointment rather than cancel. In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered for cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice, at my discretion. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 72 hours of your appointment cannot normally be accommodated, and the full session fee will remain payable and cannot be refunded or transferred. This also applies to appointments missed without notice. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll always try to be reasonable where I can, although any exceptions to this policy are entirely at my discretion. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered an alternative appointment or, if this isn’t possible, a full refund.
