Have you ever wondered why certain patterns seem to run through your family? Perhaps the same struggles, beliefs, behaviours, or ways of relating appear generation after generation. Or you find yourself carrying expectations, fears, strengths, or stories that feel older than your own experience. Or maybe you simply feel drawn to understand more about where you come from and how your family history may still be shaping your life today. An Ancestral Walk is a powerful shamanic process that invites you to explore the generations that came before you and discover the stories, experiences, strengths, and burdens that may still be influencing your life today. People often choose an Ancestral Walk when they: • Notice repeating family patterns and want to understand them more deeply. • Feel weighed down by beliefs or expectations that do not feel entirely their own. • Want to explore the roots of certain behaviours, fears, or emotional responses. • Feel drawn to connect more deeply with their family lineage. • Are seeking guidance, insight, or a greater understanding of themselves. • Want to honour the generations that came before them while creating a different path forward. During the session, you are guided through seven generations of your ancestral line. Women begin by walking their matriarchal line, while men begin by walking their patriarchal line. The opposite lineage can be explored in a future session if desired. As you step into each generation, you are invited to notice what arises through images, feelings, memories, symbols, stories, or impressions. As each generation is explored, insights are gathered, patterns are revealed, and the energetic connection is respectfully cleared before moving forward to the next generation. Throughout the process, I also receive and record intuitive information, allowing us to compare and explore the messages that emerge. What often becomes visible is not only what your ancestors carried, but also what has been passed down through the family line. Sometimes this includes burdens, limitations, fears, or unhelpful patterns. Sometimes it reveals resilience, wisdom, courage, creativity, and strengths that have been quietly waiting to be recognised. At the end of the walk, you return to your own place in the lineage with a deeper understanding of what belongs to your story and what belongs to those who came before you. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to choose what they carry forward.
