Energy Talk and Gong Bath Demo

Come along to the Fitness and Wellness Fair at Broadstone Liberal Hall to meet local fitness and wellness experts and practitioners. Move around the stalls discovering exciting ways to improve your health, attend talks and demos, and try some taster sessions.

I will be hosting a talk on energy, how it affects us and how we can work with it. At our most fundamental level, we are all made of energy. When that energy is out of alignment or blocked, it affects our performance, our attitude and our health. During the talk, you will be feeling and connecting with your energy; understanding how blocked energy affects us; and discussing ways we can clear and balance our energy bodies.

The talk will be followed by a 20 min Gong Bath, where you will experience how the sound frequencies, and ensuing deep relaxation, bring your energy back into alignment.
