Reiki 3 is often called Reiki Master Teacher level (sometimes split into Reiki Master Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher depending on the lineage). It is the most advanced stage of Reiki training and represents mastery, deep spiritual connection, and service.

Reiki 3 gives you the Master symbol, the most powerful of the Reiki symbols, and a third attunement from a Reiki Master, both of which amplify healing and spiritual connection.

At Master Teacher level you work with advanced healing techniques, and learn how to pass on attunements and teach Reiki to others.
