What is a Gong Bath?

Participants either lie down on mats, or sit in a variety of seating, with eyes closed, and wrapped in blankets for comfort.

Practitioner plays large gongs, alongside dragon tubes, crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments.

The gongs create layers of sound and vibration that wash over and through the body, restoring it's natural vibration.

The session lasts approximately 90 minutes, with the aim of shifting participants into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.
