A “power animal” is an animal spirit that assists your power as an individual. From a shamanic perspective, power animals help us get in touch with our intuition, connecting with us as allies, advisors, and protectors on our life's journey. They often represent qualities and attributes that you may see or need to see in yourself. 

In this session, I create sacred space to hold you and guide you to make your own journey and meet your Power Animal. When you return from your journey we will discuss the messages you have been given and what attributes your Power Animal brings.
